Introduction to Programming using Python

The Introduction to Programming using Python course and certification provides knowledge on recognizing and writing syntactically correct Python code, recognizing data types supported by Python, and being able to recognize and write Python code that will logically solve a given problem. 

Candidates shall have, at minimum, instruction and/or hands-on experience of approximately 150 hours with the Python programming language, get familiar with its features and capabilities, and understand how to write, debug, and maintain well-formed, well-documented Python code.

Prerequisite Skills for this course are:  Core Algebra (Algebra 1) (Typical US 9th/10th-grade level)
